This may be your first time to make a counseling appointment, your first time to see a biblical counselor, or simply your first appointment at Restore Biblical Counseling. Regardless, we understand that you might have some questions. Hopefully, we will be able to answer them here.
What are appointments like?
If you are new to Restore Biblical Counseling, your first appointment will be an intake assessment. During that session, your counselor will gather some information about your history, current struggles or issue, and your hopes and goals for counseling. Following this initial assessment, all appointments are 50 minutes in length and will be scheduled according to your needs and your counselor's availability.
Where is your office?
Our office is located at 6942 Ash St., near the heart of downtown Frisco. Our office is a small, sage-green craftsman-style house. Here's a picture for your reference:
Where should I park?
You can park in the parking lots on either side of our office or along the street in front.
Do you take insurance?
Our licensed counselors are out-of-network providers with most major insurance companies. If you are planning to submit our services to your insurance company, you may want to contact them and discuss your “out of network” benefits. At Restore Biblical Counseling, you will pay for services at the time of your appointment. We will provide you with a bill containing all pertinent codes so that you may submit it to your insurance provider in case you are eligible for full or partial reimbursement.
