Alycia Pendleton, LPC-S

Alycia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University, and her Master’s and Educational Specialist Degrees in Community Agency Counseling from The University of Alabama.  Alycia spent many years ministering to youth and college students.  Alycia has been licensed for almost 20 years.  She has worked in a variety of settings, including substance abuse, private practice, managed care, ER assessment, juvenile court, in-home services, and community mental health care.

Alycia has a heart for women and the specific hurts women endure.  From teenage years, to early adulthood and singleness, to marriage and post-partum complexities, she has been honored to walk alongside so many women as they do the hard work to trust the One who created them.  She believes ultimate life is found in the Truth of God’s word.

She spent the last 4 years at home with her children.  She has been married to her husband, and they have a daughter and son.  Alycia currently loves her work as a BSF leader and a leader/speaker for a group for first-time moms.  Alycia and her family attend Watermark Community Church.
